Julia Maria Stewart-Myles was born on December 24, 1942 in Natchez, Mississippi to Joseph and Girtie Lee Stewart. She spent a large part of her life working in the service industry as a chef. Although Julia had no children of her own, she acted as a mother figure helping to raise her sisters and brothers, nieces, and nephews. Julia Miles never met a stranger; her outgoing personality made her new friends everywhere she went.
God called our beloved sister home March 17, 2021 at 7:53 PM at Seton Memorial Hospital in Harker Heights, Texas she was 78 years young. Julia Myles attended Nolanville First United Methodist Church in Nolanville, TX. Her hobbies included talking on the phone with one of her many friends, and watching MSNBC, she loved politics, football, and word searches. Julia has gone to join her late husband James Myles, her parents Joseph and Girtie Lee Stewart, her brother Andrew Stewart, and sister Gloria Todd in a mansion in the sky. Julia leaves to cherish a Stepdaughter; Jessie Johnson; three sisters and their spouses; four brothers, James Stewart, Charles Stewart, Charlie Stewart, Michael Stewart, and their spouses. A host of nieces and nephews and her church family.
