Obituary

Juan “Juanito” Orduna Perez, 52, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on October 9, 2021.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 PM on Friday October 15, 2021 at Heritage Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 12:00 PM Saturday October 16, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow at Killeen Cemetery.

Juanito was born on August 06, 1969, to Juan Orduna Monjaras and Josefina Perez in La Redonda, Guanajuato, Mexico. He was the oldest son in a family of thirteen children. Always ambitious and a hard worker, he found his way to the United States in his late teens in search of a better life for himself and his family.

Juan was a big soccer fan. He enjoyed playing all his life and always looked forward to the next Club Leon and Mexico National Team games. Juan also loved music and could be heard singing along to any song when at relaxing home. Juan loved his family above everything else and never thought twice about doing whatever he could to help his family move forward.

Juanito was an amazing son, brother, husband, and father. He was so loved by many; words cannot describe how much he will be missed.

Juanito was preceded in death by his father, Juan.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Orduna; his son, Geovanny Orduna; his daughters, Michelle Orduna, Miranda Orduna, and Camila Orduna; his mother, Josefina Perez; his brothers, Benito, Jaime, Gerardo, Luis, Alejandro, Antonio; and his sisters, Lupita, Carmen, Adela, Angeles, Carina, and Lorena.

Juan “Juanito” Orduña Pérez, de 52 años, falleció pacíficamente en su casa rodeado de su familia el 9 de octubre de 2021.

El velorio será de 6:00 a 9:00 pm el viernes 15 de octubre de 2021 en Heritage Funeral Home. La misa será a las 12:00 pm del sábado 16 de octubre de 2021 en la iglesia católica St. Joseph y el entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Killeen.

Juanito nació el 6 de agosto de 1969, hijo de Juan Orduña Monjaras y Josefina Pérez en La Redonda, Guanajuato, México. Era el hijo mayor de una familia de trece hijos. Siempre ambicioso y trabajador, encontró su camino a los Estados Unidos en su adolescencia en busca de una vida mejor para él y su familia.

Juan era un gran aficionado del fútbol. Le encantaba jugar toda su vida y siempre estaba listo para los próximos partidos del Club León y de la Selección Nacional de México. A Juan también le encantaba la música y se le podía escuchar cantando cualquier canción cuando se relajaba en casa. Juan amaba a su familia por encima de todo y nunca pensó dos veces antes de hacer todo lo posible para ayudar a su familia a seguir adelante.

Juanito fue un hijo, hermano, esposo y padre increíble. Fue tan amado por muchos; las palabras no pueden describir cuánto lo extrañarán.

Juanito fue precedido en la muerte por su padre, Juan.

Le sobreviven su esposa, María; su hijo, Geovanny; sus hijas, Michelle, Miranda y Camila; su madre, Josefina; sus hermanos Benito, Jaime, Gerardo, Luis, Alejandro, Antonio; y sus hermanas, Lupita, Carmen, Adela, Ángeles, Carina y Lorena.
