Bobbie Faye Hancock, 88, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2020. Private Family Service is planned. Heritage Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. Flowers can be sent to Heritage Funeral Home at 425 E. Central Texas Expressway in Harker Heights, Texas.
Bobbie was born on August 8, 1932 to Aldridge J. McLaughlin and Mary Ellen Lowery McLaughlin in Leeds, Alabama. She was married to William Thurmon Hancock on September 3, 1952 in Leeds, Alabama, they had five children. She loved being a homemaker and taking care of her family and grandchildren. She was an avid reader of books and especially her bible.
Bobbie Faye Hancock is preceded in death by her parents, Aldridge and Mary Ellen McLaughlin; her husband, William Thurmon Hancock; her sister, Doris Jean Foster and her beloved pet, Chewy.
She is survived by her son, William “Butch” Hancock Jr., and wife Debra of Seale, Al.; her daughter, Kim Crawford of Port Orchard, WA.; son, Michael Hancock of Gatesville, TX.; son, Barry Hancock and wife Dawn of Danbury, IA.; daughter, Vicki Robinette and husband Mark of Gatesville, TX.; Twelve grandchildren; Twenty-four great grandchildren; Two great-great grandchildren; Two nephews.
Pallbearers: Butch Hancock, Michael Hancock, Barry Hancock, Javier Garcia, Travis Hancock, Travis McLaughlin and Honorary Pallbearer, Mark Robinette.
